快速排氣閥適用于工業(yè)介質(zhì)為水的管路上，作為快速排除管道內(nèi)氣體的設備，以提高輸送水設備的效率和保護管道不致變形破裂，是管道的必備之設備。閥為圓桶狀式閥體，共內(nèi)部主要有不銹鋼浮球及塞頭。裝設于泵埔出口處或送配水管線中，用以大量排除管道中的集結之空氣，以增進水管及抽水機使用效率，且與管內(nèi)一旦出現(xiàn)負壓時，此閥能迅速吸入空氣，以保管線因負壓所產(chǎn)生損壞。

一般都是采用法蘭連接方式，一般壓力PN1.0-40/0.6-4.0MPa,125Lb-300Lb/1.0-5.0MPa,口徑為DN25-400mm,材質(zhì)主要有:灰鑄鐵HT250,球墨鑄鐵QT450,碳鋼/WCB,不銹鋼/(CF8(M),CF3(M),等,適用介質(zhì)為清水,適用于城建(自來水廠),水利,等管路上.快速排氣閥閥體為圓桶狀，閥門內(nèi)件包括不銹鋼浮球、閥桿及閥瓣。閥門安裝在泵出水口處或配水管線中，用來排除集積在管道中的空氣，以提高管線及水泵的使用效率，當管道內(nèi)一旦產(chǎn)生負壓時，此閥迅速吸入外界空氣，以防止管線因負壓而損壞。當管道內(nèi)開始注水時，閥瓣處在開啟的位置，進行大量的排氣，當空氣排完時，閥內(nèi)充滿水，浮球上升并帶動閥瓣關閉，停止排氣，當管內(nèi)水正常輸送時，如有少量空氣聚集在閥內(nèi)到相當程度，閥內(nèi)水位下降，此時空氣由小孔排出。當水泵停止時，管內(nèi)水流空或遇管內(nèi)產(chǎn)生負壓，此時塞頭迅速開啟，吸入空氣，確保管線安全。介質(zhì)溫度
