 三閥組是由三個(gè)互相溝通的三個(gè)閥組成。根據(jù)每個(gè)閥在系統(tǒng)中所起的作用可分為：左邊為高壓閥，右邊為低壓閥，中間為平衡閥。三閥組與差變送器配套使用,作用是將正、負(fù)壓測(cè)量室與引壓點(diǎn)導(dǎo)通或斷開(kāi)；或?qū)⒄��?fù)壓測(cè)量室斷開(kāi)或?qū)�通�?/span>

主要作用：是在安裝和撤除的時(shí)候,需要用到平衡閥.否則,差壓的量程一般很小,如果廠家的過(guò)載能力不強(qiáng),很容易損壞.

舉個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的例子:如果差壓是60KPa,管道壓力是1MPa的時(shí)候,如果沒(méi)有平衡閥,無(wú)論先取正壓室還是負(fù)壓室,都會(huì)立馬導(dǎo)致兩邊差壓遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)設(shè)定值.因?yàn)橄热〉哪欠綍?huì)直接和大氣相通,相當(dāng)于0.1MPa,這樣操作是致命的.
